Why we built this site
Finding out you’re pregnant brings a flood of questions: When is my baby due? How many weeks am I? When is my next scan? Many online calculators are cluttered, inaccurate for irregular cycles or IVF, or quietly collect your personal data. We wanted one place with clean, reliable tools and clear explanations – so we built it.
What makes us different
- Accurate maths. Every calculator uses exact day arithmetic and the same rules obstetricians use – Naegele’s rule with cycle adjustment, IVF embryo-age formulas and ultrasound re-dating logic.
- Private by design. Calculations run entirely in your browser. We don’t ask for your name, and the dates you enter are never sent to us.
- Relevant to India. Our guides reflect Indian antenatal practice – IFA and calcium supplements, PMSMA check-ups, the DIPSI glucose test, the MCP card and government schemes – alongside international guidance.
- Clear and honest. We explain what each number means, how accurate it is, and when to talk to a doctor. We never offer gender prediction, which is unscientific and, in India, illegal.
- Free for everyone. No sign-up and no paywall.
How our content is created
Our editorial team writes every page from scratch, based on published guidance from bodies such as ACOG, WHO, the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (India), FOGSI and NICE, and on peer-reviewed research. We cite sources on each page and review content regularly. Read our editorial policy for details.
What we are not
We are not a hospital, clinic or medical provider, and our tools do not diagnose anything. They are designed to help you understand your pregnancy and prepare better questions for your doctor. Please read our medical disclaimer.
